How to Upload Business and Bank Documents
You can upload verification documents for your business or bank accounts from the Settings › Documents page.
This process helps keep your account compliant and ensures your payments move without delay.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to Your Dashboard
2. Open Settings
From the left-hand navigation panel, click Settings.
3. Select “Documents”
In the Settings menu, select Documents to open the upload page.
4. Choose the Type of Document to Upload
There are two types of documents you may need to upload:
- Business Documents — used for business verification (e.g., incorporation documents, Tax ID letters).
- Payment Method Documents — used for bank account verification (e.g., proof of ownership).
Click the appropriate tab and then Upload New Document.
5. Select “Document Type”
From the dropdown menu, select the document type requested by LiquidTrust (e.g., “Business Registration,” “Proof of Bank Account Ownership”).
6. Choose File From Your Device
Locate and select the document file from your device.
7. Click “Upload”
Click Upload to attach your document.
For Bank Account Verification
If you’re verifying a bank account, follow these additional steps:
8. Open the Payment Methods Tab
Go to the Payment Methods section under Documents.
9. Upload New Document for the Correct Account
Select your bank account, then click Upload New Document.
10. Attach Proof of Ownership
Upload one of the following:
- Recent account statement (you can hide balances)
- Voided check
- Official letter from your bank confirming account holder name, account number, and routing/IBAN/SWIFT details
11. Click “Upload”
Once attached, click Upload to finish.
Why This Matters
Uploading your business and bank verification documents ensures your account remains active and compliant. It helps LiquidTrust confirm your account ownership and reduces the chance of payment delays or verification holds. Your account may be restricted from full access if you cannot provide the requested documentation.
Tips and Notes
- Accepted file types: PDF, JPG, PNG
- Make sure your document matches the details in your LiquidTrust profile.
- Only Admin users can upload business or bank verification documents.
- You’ll receive an email once your document has been reviewed by Support.
