Profile Settings Overview
The Profile Settings section is your central hub for managing your business details, team access, connected bank accounts, and compliance documents. Keeping this information up to date helps ensure payments flow smoothly and your account stays secure.
You can access Settings (via the gear icon in the site navigation) to manage four key areas:
- Business Profile – your company information
- Team Members – user access and permissions
- Payment Methods – connected bank accounts and Auto-Withdrawal
- Documents – files requested by LiquidTrust
Key Sections in Profile Settings
Section | Purpose | What You Can Do |
Business Profile | View the official business information you provided during onboarding. | To update details like your business name or address, click Request Update. This sends your request to the Support team for review. |
Team Members | Manage who has access to your LiquidTrust account. | Add colleagues and assign roles: Admin (full access) or Manager (limited access). |
Payment Methods | Manage the bank accounts connected to your Wallet. | View, add, or edit bank accounts used for funding transactions and receiving withdrawals. You can also enable Auto-Withdrawal from this page. |
Documents | Upload documents requested by LiquidTrust. | Upload any required business or verification documents (e.g., KYC/KYB) or files requested for your payment methods. |
Why This Matters
Keeping your Profile Settings accurate ensures:
- Payments are processed on time.
- The right team members can access and approve transactions.
- Your account remains compliant with banking and verification requirements.
Tips and Notes
- Only Admin users can manage all profile sections.
- Updates to your legal name or Tax ID require Support approval.
- You may be asked to upload additional documents if your business information changes.
