Typical Payment Timelines

This guide clarifies how long it takes for a Payor's funds to settle into your LiquidTrust Wallet and the subsequent timeline for getting the funds into your bank account.

Wallet Arrival: Funds from an approved transaction usually appear in your LiquidTrust Wallet the next business day if the payment was approved before 9 AM PT. Approvals after this time may take up to two business days.

Bank Account Arrival: Once the funds are in your Wallet, they arrive in your external bank account 1–2 business days after you click Withdraw.


Step-by-Step Timeline


Here is a breakdown of the two main stages of a transaction timeline:

Phase 1: Arrival in Your LiquidTrust Wallet

The time it takes for a Payor's funds to reach your Wallet is based on the approval time:

  • Payment Approved Before 9 AM PT: Funds are typically available in your Wallet the next business day.
  • Payment Approved After 9 AM PT: Funds may take up to two business days to appear in your Wallet.

Note: Weekends and bank holidays (in the US and globally) are not business days and can extend these timelines slightly.


Phase 2: Withdrawal to Your Bank Account

Once the funds are available in your Wallet, you can initiate a Withdrawal:

  • Domestic (US) Bank Account: Funds should arrive in your external bank account within 1–2 business days after you click Withdraw.
  • International Bank Account: Funds should arrive in your external bank account within 1–4 business days after you click Withdraw.

Tips, Notes, or Warnings

  • Check for Delays: If funds have not arrived in your bank account after 2 business days (US) or 4 business days (International) following your Withdrawal request, please reach out to Support for assistance.
  • Auto-Withdrawal: To speed up the final step, consider setting up Auto-Withdrawal, which initiates the transfer to your bank account immediately once funds arrive in your Wallet.
