Typical Payment Timelines

Each payment on LiquidTrust follows two main stages:

  1. Funds arriving in your Wallet (from the Payor)
  2. Funds transferring to your external bank account (after you withdraw)

Timelines can vary slightly based on the time of approval and whether the receiving bank is domestic (U.S.) or international.


Stage 1: Funds Arriving in Your LiquidTrust Wallet


Funds from an approved transaction usually appear in your Wallet the next business day if the payment was approved before 9 AM PT.

Approvals after this time may take up to two business days to settle.

Note: Weekends and bank holidays (in the U.S. or other countries involved) are not business days and may extend these timelines.

Stage 2: Withdrawal to Your Bank Account

Once funds are in your Wallet, you can initiate a Withdrawal at any time.

Delivery timelines depend on whether the receiving bank is in the U.S. or abroad.

Tips and Notes

  • Check for Delays:

    If your funds haven’t arrived after 2 business days (U.S.) or 4 business days (International) from your withdrawal, contact Support for assistance.

  • Set Up Auto-Withdrawal:

    To simplify your process, enable Auto-Withdrawal under Settings > Payment Methods so your funds are automatically transferred to your bank once they reach your Wallet.

  • Business Days:

    Processing timelines follow banking business days, excluding weekends and holidays in both the sending and receiving countries.
