Downloading Reports from Your Account
You can download detailed reports of all your transactions directly from the Reports section in your LiquidTrust dashboard.
Reports can be customized by date range, transaction type, and format—making it easy to track payments, withdrawals, and reconciliation data.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to Reports
From the left-hand navigation panel, click Reports.
2. Select a Date Range
Choose the time period you want to include in your report using the date picker. Note that the range is in UTC time, so payments made in US time zones may appear a day later than usual.
3. Choose Transaction Type
Select which transactions to include in your report:
- All – Includes all activity (Simple Pay, Protected Pay, and Withdrawals).
- Simple Pay – Only payments made using the Simple Pay product.
- Protected Pay – Only payments made using Protected Pay (Micro Escrow™).
- Withdrawals – Only funds transferred from your Wallet to your bank account.
4. Select Report Format
Choose the level of detail you want in your report:
- Full – Contains all data points for each transaction (best for detailed analysis).
- For QuickBooks – Simplified, pre-formatted report optimized for importing into QuickBooks.
5. Apply Filters (Optional)
You can further filter the report by payment method or other available filters to narrow down results.
6. Export the Report
Click Export to CSV.
Your report will download immediately as a CSV file that you can open in any spreadsheet program or import into your accounting software.
Why This Matters
Custom reports make it easy to reconcile payments, manage cash flow, and share records with your accounting team. The ability to export directly to QuickBooks helps streamline bookkeeping and ensures financial data stays accurate.
Tips and Notes
- Reports export as .CSV files, compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and most accounting tools.
- The QuickBooks format is optimized for standard fields and may exclude certain custom data points.
- For best results, always double-check your selected date range before exporting.
