Understanding Payment Settlement Times in Your LiquidTrust Wallet

Several factors affect payment timing, which depends not only on LiquidTrust but on the Global Payment Network as well.

LiquidTrust's system follows specific instructions to achieve the best possible timing, as explained below.

Direct Pay-in Settlement Timing

When funds are sent to your LiquidTrust wallet:

  • If the payment is approved by the Payer or accepted by a Payee by 9 AM PT, funds will be available in your wallet by the afternoon of the next day.

👉 Example: A payment approved Monday at 8 AM PT will be available around Tuesday at 3 PM PT

  • Payments approved later in the day will be available after ~2 business days.

👉 Example: A payment approved Monday at 4 PM PT will be available Wednesday around 3 PM PT

  • No processing occurs on weekends or banking holidays.

👉 Example: A payment approved Friday at 2 PM PT will be available Tuesday at 3 PM PT

Withdrawals - Timeline and Settlement Timing

Manual Withdrawals from your wallet:

  • All withdrawal requests are usually processed at 9 AM PT daily.

    This means whether you request a withdrawal at 6 AM PT or 8 AM PT, it will be processed at 9 AM PT on the same day.


Expected settlement times vary by withdrawal method:

  • ACH transfers: Funds typically arrive the same business day

Example: Withdrawal processed at 9 AM PT Monday will arrive in your bank account Monday

  • USD Wire transfers: Funds typically arrive in 1-2 business days

Example: Withdrawal processed at 9 AM PT Monday will arrive Tuesday or Wednesday

  • Foreign Exchange (FX) transfers: Funds typically arrive in 1-2 business days

Example: Withdrawal processed at 9 AM PT Monday will arrive Tuesday or Wednesday

Important It is key to understand that no processing occurs on weekends or banking holidays, as well as if the request is submitted after 9 AM PT on any day it will be processed at 9 AM PT the next day.

Automatic Withdrawals

For automatic withdrawals from your wallet:

  • The system checks the wallet balance daily at 2 AM PT

👉 Example: If your wallet balance reaches $300 on Monday at 11 PM PT, the system will initiate withdrawal on Tuesday at 2 AM PT

  • Minimum balance requirement: $250 USD

👉 Example: With a balance of $240, no automatic withdrawal will occur until additional funds are received

Auto-withdrawal Settlement Timing Examples

  • Early transaction:
    • Withdrawal initiated at 8 AM PT on Monday → Funds typically arrive in your bank account by Tuesday
  • Late transaction:
    • Withdrawal initiated at 2 PM PT on Monday → Funds typically arrive in your bank account by Wednesday

Important Safety Note If a withdrawal fails for any reason, the auto-withdrawal feature will be disabled and you'll receive an email notification.
