How Do I Edit My Business Information?

Because of our lengthy KYB/KYC process, we don't allow you to edit your account information on the fly. To request a change, please click on the Request Update button on the bottom of the Business Profile page and describe the change you need to make, and include a copy of the required information needed for the type of change you wish to make.

• Business Details, including Name, Country, Business Type, or Tax ID - Please include a copy of one of the following with the updated name:
  • Articles of Incorporation/Organization
  • IRS-issued EIN letter
  • Business License
• Business Address - Please provide a copy of one of the following:
  • IRS-issued EIN letter
  • Bank statement

If you wish to change your Payment Method, simply go to the Payment Methods page and click +New Payment Method and follow the directions for Adding a Payment Method.
